Our Master Bath Remodel

So it was time to remodel our master bathroom! We called many places for quotes and they were as high as 25k! Yes, 25k!! Luckily we found a contractor who allowed us to purchase our own material and even demo certain parts to save money. Alright, so lets get to the fun part! Here is our bathroom before the remodel:

• Floor tile: Floor & Decor Volakas porcelain matte tile

• Shower floor tile: Floor & Decor Volakas porcelain hexagon mosaic

• Wall tile: Floor & Decor pure snow glass tile 3x9

• Vanity: Wayfair Castellanos 60" double vanity

• Mirrors: Hobby Lobby black framed mirror

• Paint: Sherwin Williams, knitting needles gray

So I'm sure many of you are asking what our total cost was. Our total cost was about $12k which included all materials and labor. Not too bad and way better than the $25k I was quoted from other contractors! It definitely helps to find a contractor who is willing to work with you and purchase your own material.
